How to Grow Stats When Happy Jumps Stop Paying ?
Past about 400k per stat, happy jumps cost millions for very little extra gain. This guide covers what to do instead: a daily routine of 3 Xanax plus an energy refill, how to unlock George’s and the specialist gyms (including Hank’s ratio), and the permanent bonuses that add up over time, like faction Steadfast, job perks, education and property.
Why jumps stop paying ?
Past roughly 400k per stat (about 800k with the 10-star Adult Novelties perk), a happy jump beats normal training by only a fraction of a percent, yet costs millions. Stacking 1,000 energy over 30 hours also wastes your natural regen. From here the winner is volume: as much energy as possible into the gym every day, at decent Happy, in the best gym you can access.
The daily routine: 3 Xanax + 1 refill
Every day you do 3 training cycles, each built around one Xanax. Together with one 25-point energy refill in three short log-ins.
Cycle 1 (morning)
1. Wait until your drug cooldown is 0 and your energy is 150/150.
2. Train all 150 energy.
3. Take a Xanax (+250 energy) and train all 250. Training before the Xanax means you lose less if you overdose: an overdose wipes all stacked energy, and a Xanax overdose also empties your Happy.
4. While the drug cooldown runs, train any energy that builds up so your bar never sits full.
Cycle 2 (afternoon)
5. Repeat steps 1–4 exactly.
Cycle 3 (evening, the big train)
6. Wait for 0 cooldown and 150/150 energy, then start right after a Happy reset (:00, :15, :30 or :45).
7. Eat candy until your booster cooldown is full (Big Box of Chocolates at minimum, about 48 boxes on a 24-hour cooldown).
8. Train 150 energy.
9. Refill energy with 25 points and train 150 again.
10. Take your third Xanax and train 250. Finish before the next 15-minute reset.
Daily rules
- Never let energy sit full; it stops regenerating.
- Don't spend gym energy on mugging or bounties.
Gyms: chase the best dots, then specialize
Gym "dots" multiply every train, so unlocking better gyms is the biggest lever you have once jumps are done. Train in whichever gym gives the best dots for a stat, even if it unbalances you; faster growth makes everything cheaper.

Hank's ratio is the classic endgame plan for Xanax users: hold one stat high enough for its 8.0 gym and two others for the 7.5 gyms, so three stats always train in specialist gyms. Players usually switch to it around 100–200M total stats. The trade-off: balanced stats with the same total fight slightly better.
The Sports Science Lab (9.0) is off the table once you've taken more than 150 Xanax and Ecstasy combined, so for most jumpers George's and the specialist gyms are the ceiling.
Stack the passive multipliers
With jumps out, small permanent bonuses do the heavy lifting. Each one applies to every train for the rest of the game.
- Faction Steadfast: up to +10% gym gains. The faction you're in matters more than any single jump.
- Job: 10-star Fitness Center gives +3% gym gains; a 10-star Strip Club gives +10% Dex or Def gains.
- Education: the Sports Science bachelor adds +2%.
- Property: a pool adds +2%, and a fully staffed Private Island (5,025 Happy) keeps your everyday Happy high.
- Sports Sneakers: +5% Speed gains, expensive but permanent.
- Hermetic faction perk: cuts the addiction from daily Xanax, keeping rehab bills manageable.
